In order for the experience to be not only secured, but also securing , ALDO Security provides the latest amenities. You can track your order throughout its journey.The order's progress can be monitored constantly - and access is obtained through a specialized software that guarantees accuracy and confidentiality of the operation.

How to order

The accepted methods for ordering are by mail or fax. Other methods (phone, SMS, etc.) are not supported.

To validate the order, the ODSS (Order's digital surveillance system) will issue a confirmation email.

If there are errors, omissions or client wants to change something about the order, the client is asked to contact ALDO SECURITY by mail and / or phone within 24 hours of receiving confirmation email. Otherwise, the order will be considered valid.

Minimum order

Orders are launched for complete boxes (1000, 500 or 200 pieces, depending on the model). You can place orders for smaller quantities (for selected models) but they will be in multiples of 100, and the prices will be different.

Payment

Payment methods

Standard numbered seals - payment is made in advance (proforma invoice) or cash on delivery by courier for orders less than 350 Euro

Customized Seals - payment is made in advance (proforma invoice) for orders less than 350 Euro, or on term, as per a contract signed by Seller and Buyer.

The Seller will issue an invoice for goods and services delivered, the Buyer is obliged to provide all necessary information for the invoice, according to the legislation.

Confidentiality policy

Protection of personal data

Client's personal information is stored in secure server and are accessible only to a limited number of persons who have special access rights to the system.

ALDO Security does not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to third parties.

Delivery

Delivery term

The delivery time is one to eight days, depending on the model, availability, marking method, production workload, etc.

Transportation

The prices DO NOT include transportation.

The products will be dispatched by express courier, and the transportation costs will be paid by the beneficiary.

The orders may be delivered at the client’s headquarters, with the transportation costs being borne by our company ONLY for the orders of more than 200 Euros.

The products paid become the Beneficiary’s property, and the risks related to the transportation (delays, damages of the packages, etc.) will devolve upon the latter.

The inscription of seals ordered from us is done with the latest laser technology, and is free!
